Registration
- All attendees (except for Keynote Speakers and Organizers) must register.
For students, you need to provide a document to confirm you're a student at your home institute.

At least one author of the accepted paper must register and pay the registration fee.
Author registration is expected to be completed by May 31st, 2024.

For an author with multiple accepted papers, one registration is valid for at most two papers.

Cancellation & refund policy:
Due to the very high cost of the conference & the strict EventBrite platform restrictions, before 16 June 2024, we can only refund up to 40% of the
registration fee. No refunds will be given after 16 June 2024. All cancellation and refund requests must be made by email to
zilong.liu@essex.ac.uk and zilongliu.sg@gmail.com (received by 16 June 2024).
We are happy to support
10 free registrations for students, which follows the principle of "First Come, First Serve".
